» Payment
All customers must pre-pay for all products. We accept VISA/MC/Discover/Amex, PayPal,  money orders, personal checks, cashiers checks.  COD is available, however transactions are subject to $10 fee and require a cashiers check or money order upon arrival.  All personal/company checks require a 10 day clearing period before goods can be shipped.

» 30-Day Guarantee
Smith Diesel Parts offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all performance electronics purchased from our store.  If you are not satisfied with the performance and mileage changes it makes, simply return it.  If item was eligible for Free Shipping, original shipping charges as well as return shipping charges will not be credited back on the return of the product.

» Returns/Cancellations
All returns must be authorized and approved by Smith Diesel Parts. Return requests must be made within 30 days after receiving order.  We do not refund shipping charges. All approved returns must be returned to Smith Diesel Parts in unused, unaltered condition, with original packaging.

• A restock fee of 10% will be charged on all authorized returns.
• Unauthorized returns can be refused, or subject to 20% restocking charge.
• For orders refused at time of delivery customer will be charged a 20% restocking fee as well as any return shipping charges.

» Shipping Damages
All shipments from Smith Diesel Parts are fully insured. Some products may be damaged during transit. Inspect all packages immediately in the presence of the delivery person. Do not sign delivery receipt until all packages have been inspected. In the event that damage has occurred, note the specific damage on the delivery bill and have the delivery person sign it as verification. Retain all boxes and other packaging material as package may be subject to inspection by the carrier. Contact Smith Diesel Parts within 24 hours to file a claim request. Failure to comply with this policy may result in a denial for damage claim.

» Warranty/Liability
All products sold by Smith Diesel Parts carry the warranty provided by the manufacturer, and warranty documentation will be sent with the product(s). Smith Diesel Parts by no means offers any warranty beyond that provided by the manufacturer. In the event of a defective product, all support can either be obtained directly from the manufacturer or from Smith Diesel Parts.

All products sold by Smith Diesel Parts are aftermarket products and are intended for off-road or show use only. Smith Diesel Parts is not liable for any damages or injury as a result of the installation of these products. Due to strict regulations by the Department of Transportation, some of these products are not approved for street/highway use. Removal of reinforcements, bumpers, turn signals, and other safety equipment may be required for installation and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Smith Diesel Parts will be in no way responsible for any consequences directly or indirectly resulting from these actions.

Smith Diesel does NOT make any reimbursement for labor charges incured having a defective product professionaly installed.

» Backorders
All in stock products will be shipped within 24 hours.  In the rare case of a backorder you will be notified with an estimate of when product will ship.

» Site/Typography
All prices on this site are subject to verification during order process. Prices incorrectly displayed due to typographical errors are subject to change. In the event of this occurring, you will be notified and will have the option to cancel the order.
